Return Guidelines
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Eligibility
Unopened and undamaged products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return. Opened or used products cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number.

Ship the item back to us using the provided return label or your preferred carrier.
